Personal transformation can and does have global effects. As we go, so goes the world, for the world is us. The revolution that will save the world is ultimately a personal one.

In which case you can find out more about how I work as a therapist by going to the therapy page.
I have been offering Transactional Analysis (TA) to people for more than 40 years as an educator, psychotherapist, trainer of psychotherapists, facilitator and coach. I have remained impressed with TA’s power and efficacy in helping people transform their lives and the world around them. The theory and tools which it offers are radical in their capacity to stimulate and support deep change – the kind that leads to transformation.
I work both in Cape Town, where I live, and internationally. In this increasingly connected world I find that many people seek the therapist or supervisor of their choice regardless of national boundaries, and I enjoy doing psychotherapy or supervision on Zoom with people from many different countries. So it doesn’t matter where you live, I can work with you as long as you have internet access. In addition to TA I have a deep interest in Jungian psychology, Sandplay, Constellation work, Spiral Dynamics and Logosynthesis. These approaches inform and enrich my work.
My commitment in my work is to walk with people along their journey of transformation so that they may become their fullest selves and actively engage in creating the kind of society that will truly nourish and support life in all its forms. To this end I work in an integrative way, using both TA and other modalities and with full attention to body, mind and spirit.
